Last night, we had a heavy thunderstorm rolling over our heads. The way this menacing wall of black clouds was downright eating up the sky reminded me a lot of the all-destroying "The Nothing" from Michael Ende's "Neverending Story".
It was getting very dark very fast, so the picture was taken from a tripod with the camera at a very high ISO setting. The clouds were moving pretty fast, so longer exposure times were not an option. Because of this, the image is (still) slightly grainy and detail could be better.
I hope you still like it though.
