Report a Policy Violation
For those who have many watchers, and for those who don’t have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Although it does not affect some deviants, and the tips are generally related to common sense, we hope the article is a worthwhile read and that the majority learn something from reading this.

This poor fellow settled down near my balcony tonight, apparently to lick his wounds and rearrange his shredded feathers after losing a fight against a rival.
He made a thoroughly exhaused impression on me and did not fly away for quite a while, even after noticing me. After looking me over, he seemed to think "oh what the heck" and staid put. Whatever he's been through, apparently he considered me to be less of a threat. Anyways I quickly took my pictures and left my balcony to give him some rest. A while later, he was gone, so I hope that he'll recover. I can now understand why blackbirds in theory can live up to about 20 years but in the wild, they rarely ever reach that age. --- Picture taken with a Sony Alpha 700 and a Minolta 500/8 Reflex on a tripod. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces.
